Hey, anybody know what the flower headdress is on this Ms. Rin picture? I'd ask Catalyst, but I can't figure out which one is the vendor.

It may just be individual flowers placed on her head.  Look at the flower right in the center where her hair is parted - it's not attached to anything.  It's just sitting on her hair.
