Are there any MATs or skins for G8 head meant to resemble hair?

Are there any MATs or skins for G8 head meant to resemble hair? I want the look of hair without having to worry about hats or draping problems over actual hair, but don't always want them bald, either.

Ironically, this product DForce Trendy Hair has a simple hair cap that I often add smoothing and fit when I don't want scalp to show.
