Download G 8.1 charactors?

I already have DS 4.15.0.2 but no G8.1 charactors. 

I do not have any plans do a re-install with DazCentral which I don't want to intsall. Where do I download just the charactors?

There is no need to use DAZ Central, it is just a simplified version of DIM for new users.

Genesis 8.1 is in the updated Genesis 8 Starter Essentials, and the PBR Skin shader used by some Genesis 8.1 characters is in the updated Default Resoruces.
