How long does it take to change email?

Thanks to microsoft brilliant "Unusual activity" I am locked out from BOTH, the one that i need to verficiate with and the secret questsions i made for 10 years ago, good (edit by mod) luck with that. So, how long will it change for Daz3D to update (usually)

    Last time I chaged it it was pretty quick. Within a minute or so, but that was quite some time ago.

    By the way, i dont need to log in on my locked email adress to change it, right?
