I assume you mean this image:

    http://www.daz3d.com/media/home_page/random/0402-ss-image1.jpg

    So...

    http://www.daz3d.com/gnbd-scars-stitches

Above is the closest product I can find anywhere online. If that is what was used, it was used with LOTS of photo modification to simulate the shiny metal sutures. Google gets no hits whatsoever for that exact image, aside from a few people who stole it for their Facebook avatar. I think the render must have been done internally or commissioned by DAZ to one of the vendors, who has not posted it anywhere else.
    _ _ _

If I'm way off and you just wanted the image and not the skin or model, well, browse to the page in Firefox, right-click on a plain area (not an image box) and select View Page Info. From there, click on the Media tab to browse though all the images on the page to copy an URL or save. Other alternate browsers may have similar features as well, but Internet Explorer does not offer this particular trick.

I feel safe assuming the image is completely property of DAZ, (since it doesn't exist anywhere else) so you're fine using it on your computer, but don't repost it.

The Image is completely the intellectual property of the artist, whoever that is.

The image itself is in the DAZ Gallery. You can find it posted by the artist here: http://www.daz3d.com/gallery/images/42737

If your asking about how they made it or what they used, it looks unique enough that probably only the artist could tell you that, but someone around here may recognize some of the elements of the render.

Wow. Not only is it hidden to Google, but I browsed the Gallery for a while and didn't see it. Thanks, Megon.

Perhaps it's time to let the search crawlers in?

Added: Could have been buried in Vampire Diaries pics in Google, I suppose, since DAZ reformatted the shape of the image for the homepage from the original square, making it a different image. Google usually does really well finding that kind of thing, though. Watermarks and such don't usually slow it down.

Seems to be me in mind of this set http://www.daz3d.com/terror-eyes-for-genesis-2

In the submitters gallery there a quite few post worked pieces so its likely a combination of elements and some post imho.

The skin is Maddelirium's 5 Days of Ravage over at Rendo. The sutures look to have been placed over the ones already in the skin to give that look (pretty cool effect, actually).

Cooool. From what I can see of the fourth promo, that's actually as-is, perhaps with some overall color variation that could just be the lighting. Thanks for finding that.

Razor, good catch too, but I think it's actually using Ravage's skin (day 3) in the promo.

My elves need monsters to beat upon...I may just grab that "pretty" lady while she's on sale. ^.^

    Saba, Sabby...same person?

I miss the days when DAZ PA's had a link to their store under their avatar on each post and didn't need to rely on the signature. (It was like that...right? I'm sleepy, lol)

No. We're not the same person. :)

MDD is one of my favorite artists / vendors. IMO, you can't really go wrong with any of her skins (and most of them include cool "bonus" options to sweeten the deal). They'll serve you well as monsters (and villains!) to beat up on. :)

Cool. Yeah, the optional sutures are such a bonus that really broadens the market for such a skin. Good range of teeth, eye, and nail options, too...even sutures in the nails mix, lol. Nice to see the level of detail, too...some of the monster/wound packages out there are lacking in resolution.

Zombie breaks a nail. Sews it back on, good to go. >D
