XTransfer works for getting Star 2.0 up to G8F.

I tried converting Star from G3F to G8F and as pointed out, the shape is easy to do. As well as X-Transfer there's a converter by RSSY as well. The problem I had after that was the eyes as I couldn't find a way to get them to work, so I gave up for a bit. It might look into it again, so if I find a solution I'll post it here.

That depends on what you mean, since Star's age (and anime characters' in general) is pretty ambiguous. If you wanted to make her look more like a typical anime adult, you might want to round her chin out a bit using something like 200 Plus.
