Well, I didn't loose it. I more like threw it off my desktop. I accidentally undocked the viewport from the centerdock. I then slid it out of view, off the monitor so to speak. oops. It's still view able in fullscreen. It's like it's on a secondary monitor that I don't have. Does anyone know how to get it back? arg...

Kerya, I'm hoping that there's a less drastic solution. I don't want to loose my recent customizations. Isn't there a shortcut to bring the viewport back? Someone please say yes :p

Changing layouts is not drastic at all, assuming that you have saved the current layout that you want to use.

Go to Window > Workspace > Save Layout As.. and give it a name you will recognise.

Then do the same with Style, if you have changed any of that.

You can then go back to your own layout and style any time you want.

Ok, I'll do it. Then set it up the way I want it and SAVE it. Thanks for the help.

There's a command to recover "lost" panes - Window>Workspace>Off Screen pane (Tabs) Groups. If you click that you should get a list of groups that are at least partly off the screen, select one and you can snap it back to the centre.
