Is there anything made to enhance g8f skin such as injection for m4, v4 and genesis and g2 by dimensional threory

when i use this on m and v4 it definitely improves the quality of the skin for me, so I was jus tthinking if there is any for g8 anyone knows about, i came comes iray vellus for g8f but that didnt seel to make too muc hof a difference, just a little maybe

i have many characters that come with skin but those skins dont solve the poroblem of skin looking sort of flat compared to a proper render
