Some Daz Spotlights Not Working - Wireframe Back in Viewport

Sorry for spamming with questions today, up aganst a deadline and keep hitting snags.

Dont know what happened or why but many spots in the scene, the default ones that are invisible, stopped working and their wireframe that appears in the Viewport (but not in the redner) are no black instead of the ususal white. None of them are hidden and all of them have the same setting for light, theyre just black wireframes that arent putting out light. Yet others are still white wireframe and act as expected.

Second less pressing question, there must be a way to hide the wireframes in the Viewport but for all of my digging I havent seen a way to do this. Very destracting and intrusive when building a scene. Am I missing a shortcut cuz gawd knows Daz had so many little hidden nuggets its easy to miss em.
