Increasing obj sizes

I am trying to form an object created in DAZ using a CNC router but I need more "resolution" to make it work. How do I increase the obj output size of content?

You will need to first click Save to bring up the actual export dialog box, then click on the show individual settings in the dialog box to bring this option into view, then click Accept to complete the saving of the model to your computer.

If you need to import from another modeling application then Studio has a list of preset scales and orientations to several popular 3D packages in the OBJ Import drop down or you can set your own manually.

Is there a limit to the size? If I put 500, 5000, or 50000 percent the file size is the same.

You may need to subdivide it
DAZ studio always confuses me with these sorts of things as it is not a modeler
Hexagon, Carrara, Blender, Wings3D etc would give more options

CAn I import the DAZ obj intoWings or Hexagon and then export it out in the bigger file?

You can import it into most modeling progams,
all would have subdivion options, DAZ studio itself does too in parameters but prob reimporting it as one mesh after export and doing so would give a better result.

the amount of detail in a model does not change with scale

I am not sure what you mean Mattymanx, but when the .obj is taken into the CNC application the number of poly's are really low. I need to import them scaled up large enough to some decent size. That's not happening now.

Scale is the relative x,y and z size of the object in the 3D program. You need to increase the mesh density and for that you need to subdivide the object. Subdividing can have an affect on the shape of the mess though depending on the options. You really need to feed the object through a modeling program to check for other mesh issues like not being 'water tight' so you should any subdividing in the modeler too.
