DS 4.20.0.2 Both GR and Beta Max Time (sec) Not working?

I have tried in both DS 4.20.0.2 general release and the beta and Max Time (sec) does not work.  The first time it went to 4 hr 32 min (I was not at home) in the beta. The second time was in the general release and it went 2 hrs 45 min until it meet the iterations limit.  Both were still on default 7200 secs. I have not had time to test this further and just discovered it yesterday.  I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem?

Others have reported this, but I was not able to reproduce so there is probably some other factor (e.g. setting or plug-in) that is affecting it.

I just ran a few tests with a relatively low max time of 30 sec and number of samples (min and max) set to 50 then set to 1500.

Max Time seems to be the last stop condition enforced.

Or rather it has the lowest priority.

If I have it sorted out correctly

Stop Condition Priority goes

1. Max Samples

2. Rendering Convergence Ratio

3.Max Time.

Didn't test out Rendering Quality, I left it at default of 1.
