*The Hair render (glitch)issue*

I too have been having some issues recently as well with rendering hair, it appears that after I increase the hair volume or advance the hairline it caused the hair to have a rigid or almost half patched like parts near the edges of the hairline.

Or it could be something else, I have so far never gotten this before, it'd mean a lot if y'all could help.
