trouble with charracters

Hello I have some difficulty with some charracters, for example RAV Jang Hee Jin, the image looks very different from the advertisement content, I think I am wrong somewhere. Can someone help me, i have tried may ways but everything doesn't seem right

    It may well be the lighting, how are you lighting your scene?

    One thng you need to realize is you should never assume you can match the lighting in any promo image. There are just to many variables and many times the image has been enhanced in an image editor (post work). You need to develop your own personal lighting solution, either from scratch or using and tweaking lighting products, that way you can just place any character in your scene and make it work. As Richard mentioned, what are you using to light your scene now?
