Creating character presets for sell using other artists' morphs

Hello,

I have found that my favorite part of DAZ is making new characters using various morph sliders.  I have started making characters based on local models using professional photographs they have supplied.  Making complete characters from scratch is beyond my current abilities, but I am thinking of making some character presets for sale.  What are the ethical/legal considerations in doing this using morphs from other artists?  Is it okay if the morphs I use are mechant resources?  I have searched online and in the forum but the results seem to address technical aspects of character creation or are broad legal explanations that I find unclear.  Any assistance would be appreciated!
