I brought the Skin Builder but for three days now I have not been able to use it. It freezes my computer every time I try to apply a texture. I'm really frustrated as I like the way your ad looks, but that is not helping me. Also, I cant seem to find any tutes on this skin builder. Could someone please help me? Or how could I receive a refund?

Have you installed "Reality 4.0"? If yes, that is what might cause the freezing - it does for me whenever I load a skin texture. Just give the system a few moments to catch up.
As for the tutorial, according to the Readme, you can find it here:

No I dont have reality installed. This is getting very frustrating. The ad photos look great. That is what helped my decision to buy the product. I will take a look at the tutorial. If I cant get it to work, I think I would just like a refund. There is no use in having something I can not use....:- {
Skin Builder uses the LIE (Layered Image Editor) which can cause a lag when it's loading...in my experience, sometimes this is measured in seconds, sometimes in minutes. It's annoying, but it's simply a result of the fairly complex calculations that the computer is performing in order to layer the various texture elements together, from what I understand. The tutorial that lee_lhs linked to has information on the first page about speeding up viewport performance...that can help with this issue.
I think I would rather prefer a refund. If I knew this would happen, I would not have spent 35-36 dollars to get it. What an annoyance! Could anyone tell me how I can receive a refund?
