Missing materials?

I'm pretty new to DAZ, and I bought a bunch of stuff on the President's Day sale. I'm just trying to get to the point where I can do a basic render, but I keep getting notices when I load an object that materials are missing. Quite a few things, like Charm Hair, don't seem to render in Iray except as a solid white object.  

I used DAZ central to download/install everything, so what has happened to these materials? What can I do about it?

    Are you getting any kind of error messages when they load or are they just loading without a texture?

    It loads untextured, but includes presets for several hair colours - you need to have the hair loaded and selected, then apply the one you want to use.

    Yes, I get an error box listing things the program can't find. 

     

    Will these presets show up in the preset tab of smart content then? I'll give that a try when I have a minute to load up Studio again.

    They should show - I used the product in the Products tab of Smart Content, but they appear to be correctly tagged and categorised.
