3D models for something like RPG VX ACE
1) I am not sure how to ask this, but IF I want to use some of the models, clothes from DAZ Studio for a game I need to have the interactive license, right? Now in this game for RPG VX ACE I would probably use these models (with or without clothes) or if I had 3D models not from DAZ, but uses clothes from DAZ; in the Main Menu, cutscenes, dialogs (no 3d animation or something just the heads. maybe I will do it with the status bar as well. if you know what I mean) and important/interesting events. Does this count as 2D or 3D? As far I have seen I would not have to buy the interactive licence if it was 2D, right? What if I change the 3D to 2D and use in then in the game instead, will it be okay to use without that licence?
2) Now I have seen another post where people spoke about the 3D mesh. Somewhere quoted "An example of this is if its a game where the 3D character is physically loaded and rendered by the game itself in dynamic 3D....." Uh....wait. what? Like Gabriel Knight 3? Can someone please tell me an example (or examples) of this sort of thing. That is because if it comes to gaming, programming and all I am pretty old fashioned.
My apologises if I am/was pretty unclear here. English is not my first language.

RPG maker is 2D, you are rendering the items and then using them as images or a sequence of them as sprites. This does not require an Interactive License.
Skyrim uses 3D models, so do (mosdt of) the Tomb Raider games, Halo as far as I know...
The key parts to consider in the Interactive Licence relative to the standard licence are probably (my emphasis in bold).
The interactive licence is about when you are producing an application in which the assets need to be included for real-time rendering on your end-user's device. If everything is pre-rendered in advance, and the original model/texture data is not included, the licence is not required.
As part of this licence, you must make best efforts to ensure that the content is not extractable by the end user.

For personal or development purposes however, the interactive licence is not required (and can be purchased at such a point as you are preparing for release), as the terms of the standard licence specify that "the user can access, use, copy and modify the Content in the creation and presentation of two-dimensional animations and renderings", and no restrictions are placed on what application or rendering engine may be used for these very broad terms.
(However, this is personal interpretation, and I am not a lawyer).
To be honest I actually have no idea if the assets are to be included for real-time rendering on your end-user's device or it is pre-rendered in advance, and the original model/texture data is not included.
As an example I will give the game Valiant Warrior Astrid. (the first that came up on my mind this morning. yeah. I know) It's an 18+ game, so because of the screenshots, etc, it's better to look for it yourself than me giving you all a link. If you know what I mean.
It looks like this in folders, in-game, etc;
1) Are the assets to be included for real-time rendering on your end-user's device or it is pre-rendered in advance, and the original model/texture data is not included? or did the person who created Astrid all this in a special way or something? Turned the 3D models in a .png? not sure about the animations.
2) Can someone please explain about the Chrome HTML document? It can be opened with paint.net. Anyone?
3) Is it possible to use it like this with the models/clothes from Daz Studio without the licence?
Of course you also got the game like Coming of Age or Selena - One Hour Agent which I am really hestitating to post a link here for it being a 18+ games as well. Or have they done it another way?
PS: Sorry if it all this is unclear as well.
PNG fild are images, I assume the HTML is formatting or even code (it's just the basic web format, it its listed as Chrome because that is set as the default application for HTML on your system)
RPG Maker doesn't have any 3D capabilities (except for a voxel style plugin, but that's not relevant to your question). You don't need to purchase any license to make use of Daz characters in it, because the only thing you can use are renders and those are covered by the general use of Daz Studio.
I repeat: you don't need to purchase any license to make use of RPG Maker.
Also, maybe you should familiarize yourself a bit more with said RPG Maker before you start purchasing anything in here. I know how tempting it can be and how the products in the store make one go "oh, I could use this to make this cool thing," but it's hard, hard work, and you don't need to render anything before starting your project. Just use the graphics included in the engine as placeholders, make a few maps and events, and then see how it all works with a better idea of what you'll need.
This has been your grouchy, been there never finished that, advice of the day!
You do not "turn a 3D model into a .png". png is an image format. You take a picture of the model.
