Is there a way to turn off/on the icon around the gizmo?

Is there a way to turn off/on the icons around the gizmo? I mean the semitransparent pin icon and the restore/limits icon? They are very annoying because they have the habit to stay exactly upon the translate arrows of the gizmo.

    If I unhide the hidden Translation sliders to use, do they correspond only to the World coordinates no matter the option choosed from the Tools tab (local, screen etc)?

    Edit: I tried it. Those hidden translation seem to "disjoint" the joints. Which is kinda weird as the gismo arrows are for translation too.

    The Universal tool translations use IK/FK to pull mutliple joints, they are not just translating the bone at its origin.
