3rd Party DSON files?

I downloaded some freebies from Renderosity. Some of them have only one item in the zip file- a dson file. These particular items have no description with them, so I'm not even sure what they are. How does one install a naked dson in DAZ? And is it safe to do so?

    Does the zip have a folder structure or is it just the bare file?

    It's just the bare file.

    Well, without any additional information it's not really possible to say. You might open it in a text editor 9after uncompressing, if need be) and see what the first block of info says.
