Imported ZBrush Objects are Misbehaving in Studio

This is going to sound stupid, (and a noob question) but it's driving me nuts.

I am constantly hopping between Studio 4.7 and ZBrush. I use the Bridge to send models to ZBrush and custom sculpt morphs in clothing, characters, you name it and then use GoZ to bring them back over. I'm working on learning ZBrush so I'm not what I would call an advanced user, I just know what I want to do and how to do it and try to expand on that as I go.

Recently I started doing more sculpting from scratch in ZB and want to bring some of the stand alone objects I've made into Studio to use in scenes as props. I have no problems importing my stuff into Studio, but once it's there, I have a Hell of a time using the XYZ axis controls to move things into place. For some reason depending on how the object comes into Studio, y-rotate doesn't quite rotate the way I want (and neither do some of the x and z controls).

Is there something I need to do on the ZBrush side so that my objects "behave" better when I import them into Studio? Any hints on object manipulation in Studio that may help?

    All in DS:
Go to the joint editor, it's up on one of the tool bars, it looks like a bone with a pencil through it. You'll get some green and red lines in the viewport. Drag the center of the green lines to where you want the object to rotate, either the bottom middle or the very center usually, the middle of the hilt if it's a weapon. Drag the center of the red lines to where you want the end point of that bone to be, if it's a regular prop usually the center of the top, for a sword it would be the very tip of the blade. Open up the tool pane if you don't already have it docked somewhere, click the drop down menu in the corner and chose memorize node rigging.

Thank you. I definitely would not have figured that out by myself (ever). Will give it a go. Thanks again.
