Animation: How to keyframe all limbs at once?

Hello,

I've been trying more animation, and I often prefer to use the Active Pose tool, though can sometimes be unpredictable in which limbs it moves.

However, if I try adding a keyframe to a character or anything with multiple limbs (like shoulder, to arm, to hand), the keyframe is only added to the active selection (even if I highlight multiple limbs).

Is there a way to add keyframes to multiple limbs at once (like the whole hand and fingers)?

Thank you!!

Absolutley! I always go in the scene tab, highlight the top root of whatever area you want the key added to everything (like shoulder or even the character name if I want everything keyed), right click and select all children, then I go and click set key at the bottom.

At the bottom of the timeline, next to the key add button, change the dropdown to "node recurse" and the key add button will add a key for all child nodes.

All this time and I wasn't aware of that! Thank you.
