Problems With Genesis 8 Body and Head Morph Products

Hi.

I have the following products:

Genesis 8 Female Head Morphs

Genesis 8 Male Head Morphs

Genesis 8 Female Body Morphs

Genesis 8 Male Body Morphs

I used DAZ Central to install them. But I was only able to use one of the products once. Since I've received the following message whenever I try to use Central to find one:

"Cound not find the '42075' product."

And all my efforts to find the products in my "Smart Content" folder have turned up nothing.

I've reinstalled everything to no avail.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Looking forward to some wise counsel and using the products.

    I don't think those products have any user-facing files, like shape presets. Add a G8 figure to your scene and see if any of the full body morphs appear, like voluptuous, portly or bodybuilder.

    I'm not sure what you are tring to do - once installed the morphs add new properties to the figure, they aren't content that can be used to launch Daz Studio and have it load a file.
