Hi all,
does anybody know if there is a shortcut (or a way to add a shortcut) for sliding the "Dome rotation" from the Environment tab ?
As I use lightning from hdri, I wanted to speed-up my workflow by assigning the hotkey to manipulate as I wish this slider
Thanks

DS doesn't support shortcuts for proeprty sliders, but a script should be able to do the job and that could be given a shortcut.
Visual Menus. Use it all the time. Made a UI for Dreamlights product Dome rotation (don't have product link handy) and one quick hotkey and there we go. Visual Menus is simply an Awesome tool.
Is there not a shortcut or hotkey for locking items or making them visible as well? I cannot find anything that sounds like it would do so in the customization list.
Not that I know of in DS. Would need addons. For example, Riversoft released Xmas 2020 a freebie script which toggles all selected nodes on/off (visible). With some props&dependent children props it makes all the diff. Works instant. Riversoft at same time provided scripts for locks and limits. So am guesing this is what you remember?
Thank you, I've actually been waiting three days for an answer to that from another post. Do you happen to know if there is a key to slow down the movement of a parameter dial (like when you hold Shift when pressing arrows in Photoshop to move something around much faster)?
Have looked for such a key modifier a few times. Haven't found myself. Find DAZ customizability still needing more options.
Only thing I found was under SceneNav>tool settings changing the level from default of around 2 to say 50 will move selected nodes down/up to centre up/down faster (not L-R). A default of 2 would move nodes down/up slow so you'd have to keep clicking.
Would be nice if this modifier feature were available for many ui mouse actions, such as panning.
update: that UI scene nav>tool settings (set active) has ability to change move speed with mouse. BUT you have to click the button over and over and change mouse speed until you get what you want. Or use KB as you know probably. But no modifier. But for some bigger scenes to check things out, that tool will help.
Thank you again for that information, good to know.
