In short how do I set up an camera so it point towards target like the pose camera in Poser so you rotate camera around figure and follow it if you move it. I know its possible as I have had it before, however is unable to replicate this.
I set camera parented to the object and camera follows however camera is not rotating around figure but around a point behind the camera. Any tips here,

On the right side of the viewport there should be a number of camera controls. Look for an icon that looks like a square with a '+' sign in the middle.
Make sure the figure you want to have the camera orbit is selected and then right mouse click that icon to aim the camera at that figure. You can also aim the camera at individual parts of the body by selecting those first. And you can frame the camera instead by left mouse clicking.
Of course, you will have to do this each time you move the figure. Are you trying to do a camera animation?
Thanks, it works, my problem is that I parented the camera to the figure thinking it was the solution. I thought camera rotated around the center point who would be character if parented.
No not an animation, just an series of poses and render in scene so this solves it nicely.
Select camera, in Parameters tab under Misc there is a Point At, pick object or object part that you want the camera to always point at.
