Need Artist to Model Realistic Head from Existing Individual

Hello:
I need a realistic male head created from photos. I have the rights and permission to use their likeness for this purpose. I have already created models from FaceGen using the trial with some level of success, with the FaceGen trial model file available if desired. Ultimately, the head needs to be placed on a Genesis 1 body, but the ability to have Genesis 2 model would be nice to have as an option, as well as models for 3DS max and the like. Image maps/photos are around 2K and highly detailed, with front, left and right side shots with neutral expressions as well as eyes wide shots. All images and reference material will be provided.
Budget is limited but will entertain offers. Require exclusive rights and product as a work for hire. Need a professional top notch job with final product being of exceptional quality, with a "wow, the looks exactly like...". Texture and model quality should be superb.
Time frame is immediate. Please email me at karimmiteff@gmail.com or call at (407) 421-8003 cell for more information.
NOTE: I am not certain what all the technical details are, but I want to end up with a modeled head that can be used on a Genesis 1 Male figure. If that is a Genesis "Basic Male" which I can later morph body characteristics using Evolution Morphs for Genesis, that is OK. If there is something I am missing, but you think you are capable of producing a life-like head on a Genesis 1 body, then by all means contact me and we can discuss the specifics.
Sincerely,
Karim Miteff

Just remember:
When hiring a freelancer, there are three things to remember: Cost, Quality, Speed.
You can only decide two of these, the third is decided by the freelancer. Want it fast and movie quality? It will cost a LOT. Want it fast and cheap? Quality will suffer. Want it movie quality and not that expensive? It'll take a long time.
Do you want a morph for the Genesis base, the Genesis 2 male or do you want a stand alone head modeled in the modeller of the artists choice? Your post doesn't make it clear what you want.
Last I checked the plugin for Facegen was only about $100, and nothing can be done with trial files. [big mark on forehead]
Headshop 9 was submitted to the store awhile back so hopefully one day that will be available. Might be worth waiting for.
Even with Face Gen Modeller and the plug in, I would still have to work on the textures. I don't want to spend $400 at this point and look to another 4 or 5 hours of working on texture and model modifications if someone already has the skills and the tools to do this. If I get 0 interest, then I will obviously proceed in that direction.
I just smoothed out the mark:) Well when I used to use it:) 1 min job in zbrush.
That's actually why I was thinking you might like to wait for Headshop, gives a nice head start [no pun intended] for creating decent textures.
n.b. The Facegen plugin is only about $100, don't have to buy the rest for it to work as it only works with Genesis last I checked.
We're not trying to discourage you, if somebody has the skills and wants the job, that's great. We are trying to make alternate suggestions as often such requests can have hefty price tags esp. for exclusive rights [which is totally understandable but artists need to eat too].
No matter which program a face texture is started in, they all end up being worked on some more in an image editor.
The other place to look for $help is over at sharecg.com.
The other thought is basically, are you sure need a "new" model? With all the morph options one can often dial in very close to recognizable people. If you post a low-res image [if it's okay with your contact of course], people might be able to make some more suggestions and/or know better if they could morph a head for you.
I just smoothed out the mark:) Well when I used to use it:) 1 min job in zbrush.
tsk, tsk, hehehe ... and after all that trouble that they went in to put it there lol ...
I wish they could do something about the round eyes, or have they? I haven't checked recently.
I have Headshop 9 if you still need something done.... And I have facegen for genesis also, but Headshop is the goods!!! Thanks Laslo!
I am interested in acquiring one of those 2 (ie Facegen or Headshop) at some point. Which would you say does the best job at getting an approximate likeness?
I have only owned Headshop for 48 hours and havent had much time to really put it through its paces. But its a no-brainer I reckon...
Headshop is $69.95 at the moment, it morphs the whole head, not just the face; and you have a great range of base ages to start with.
Facegen is expensive and you then need to pay $100 USD for the exporter so around $400 USD all up...
Don't get me wrong, facegen is also very good, but I have found that the morph transfer to genesis warps the eyes in most cases. Sometimes beyond repair.
At the end of the day, the higher quality image you have to start with will determine how good your results are. If you are modelling with Hi-Res prints... expect an awesome result. If substandard photo, it is more of a struggle.
For what little use I have had from it, Headshop 9 would definitely be my choice if I were going to buy between the two. Hope this helps :)
It helps a lot, thanks
