DAZ 4.20 - Selected Workspace Layout?

Hi,

when ever I open DAZ4.20, my latest selected Workspace Layout is replaced by the default.
So how to let DAZ remember my individual workspace setting?

Under Edit - Preferences I can't find a corresponding entry for "remember my (workspace layout) settings".

    This is a known issue. There is, it is hoped, a fix in the current Public Build - if that holds up then expect an update for the General Release to follow.

    Is there a workaround? A way to replace the default layout with another layout, rename a file with the same default layout name?

    Where is the default layout located?

    Where are user layouts that are saved located?

    On Windows the session UI (the one saved on exit, so it restarts in the same sate) is in

    %AppData%/daz 3d/studio4/

    the files being

    actions.dsx
    customactions.dsx
    layout.dsx
    menus.dsx
    toolbars.dsx

    You will need to enable the display of extensions for known file types if you choose to create empty text files and rename them, otherwise their extension will stay as txt and they will not work to allow saving.

    I guess I will just wait until Daz fixes the custom layout initialization state, I hope it is soon.  yes

    I don't want to mess up my installation.

    Scripts and favoratings menus disappear every time I reopen Daz.
