Can I create a label or tag for an individual product, and then search my CONTENT PANE using the name I created? Like, if I buy and install a 3D model of a chair - and the product is called Zixann - can I label Zixann as "chair", and then just type chair into the content search box and have Zixann show up? If it's possible, where and how do I do it?
Thanks!

Perhaps, this might be a start: http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/software/dazstudio/4/userguide/creating_content/packaging/tutorials/adding_metadata/start I have corrected product data from time to time. You could also create categories so that you get a new product a chair with a jargon name, so you drop it into your furniture category or your chair category: http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/software/dazstudio/4/referenceguide/interface/panes/smart_content/files_page/category_view/start ....look at user category. I tend to work within the software so refiling becomes second nature so smart content seems to work well for me.
You can create tags in the Content Library. I don't use Smart Content so I don't know if they work there are not. When you select a product look at the bottom there is a Tags tab, it lists the current tags and allows you to add tags.
