Reality 4 vs. Daz Studio 4.8.0.9?

I have installed the latest Pro Beta version and have mapped the Content Directory Manager exactly the same way as my Daz Studio 4.7.0.12 Pro version. In the 4.7 version of DS, Reality 4 shows up fine in the Render tab as well as under Help > Installed Plugins. However, it is nowhere to be found in either tab in version 4.8. Maybe Reality 4.0.7.61 does not work with the newest version of Daz Studio?

    However, it is nowhere to be found in either tab in version 4.8.


    4,8 is NOT the latest version of DAZ Studio, it is a Beta version.

    Being a Beta version, you would need to reinstall most plugins into the program Files folder for them to work with 4.8

    Yes - I know 4.8 is not the latest version of DS - as I indicated in my original question " the latest Pro Beta version", but thanks anyway Jimmy C. I'll try to install Reality 4 in the program folder for the Beta version.

    R4 is not supported or developed for DS4.8 at this time.
    Use it at your own risk.

    I'm doing a simple test render with the DAZ Material Ball in 4.8 and Reality 4 right now. Seems to be working OK.
