Shopping cart problems

Hey I downloaded an item into my cart before I logged in, after I logged in it showed that I have an item in the cart but when I click on it to checkout it tells me that the cart is empty! I've restarted my computer and logged out and in and it still does the same thing! It won't let me even take it out of the cart to reload it! Please help!

    Log out...clear cookies...log in. It should be gone then...

    Even simpler Put another item in the cart. If you put an item in the cart without being properly logged in to the store it confuses the software. Adding another item once you do log in on the store page gives the software the clue it needs to find who that cart belongs to.

    or try adding a different item and then deleting it.
