My scene is no longer making certain shadows

I'm using Daz. I have a fire place scene and 3 linear point lights inside the fireplace to simulate the glow. I have a simple rod iron grill in front of these and before the renders were casting really nice shadows from the grill onto the wall on either side of the fire place. All I did was save the file, and then I came back to it but now it will no longer cast these shadows. Shadows are still turned on, I didn't change anything, I don't get why it has done this. Any ideas?

Thank You.

Raytraced or deep shadow map? I suggest trying Raytraced if set to deep shadow map. Make sure all lights are the same type of shadow.

All lights are set to raytraced. In fact nothing is casting shadows at the moment, very puzzled.

I'm very confused. I have a scene with a couple of linear point lights set up. All lights have shadows on - the settings are using ray traced. When I did a small preview it was casting shadows. I saved, did a few other adjustments, quit the program, and when I came back in and tried to do the final render it wont cast shadows anymore. I tried smaller renders and the same thing - no shadows. I checked, all lights still had shadows on. Is there something else I might have clicked unknowingly, or does Daz have some bugs, and more importantly is there a way I can fix this?
    Thank You.

I merged the two threads. I'm not sure if you meant to reply to the one you had already started. If you meant to start a new one, I don't understand the need for a new one as it was basically the same topic.

Is this in 3Delight or Iray?
You haven't accidentally added another light ?
Can you show some screen shots of the scene and you light settings.

Hi Cris, sorry and thanks. I'm not sure how fast people skim through these posts so I decided to post again.
Giant head smack, I finally realized I had the shadow softness set to high so the shadows weren't showing up. Though I'm also pretty sure I never changed them from what they were the first time around...anyway finally shadows :).
