very soon

after i see if i can include automated-animation functions

a one-slider way of posing the legs

the jump animation was not really intended
but it shows 4 poses which could be dialed in simply by
selecting one foot
enabling/disabling the 3 check-boxes,
moving the slider

demonstration stills will follow and explain it all !

    the impetus was

    all those times when we pose a figure and one of the feet goes just an annoying 1/4 inch through the floor
    so now, you select the foot, run the script, turn a slider a little and she pulls her foot up without bending her ankle

    That 1/4 inch...oh I don't know how many times I just gave up and moved the blasted floor down a bit.

    in Figure 1 an animation made using 3 or 4 keyframed poses

    the poses were done in just 1 second using the upcoming mcjStretchExtend script

    but as you can see, due to curvy interpolation ( between keyframes ) the figure goes below floor level

    with the new ''animate range feature', the script will do the interpolation and we'll get rock-solid grounding

    got lost a bit in making an A4 swimsuit
    but it's a good example of the use of mcjStretchExtend
    we want the support leg as stretched as possible
    and we want the other foot to stay resting on the ground

    so we're still at the point where

    the script works

    i just want to add animatability

    Figure3 ... the fixed pose! just using mcjStretch-Extend ( which i realized will definitely need some undo capabilities

    Fig. 4 i also will add the ability to move the hip forth/side/up and rotate it ... without losing the feet grounding pose !

    see that's the Hips Forth control
    it's probably similar to the standard Daz Studio 'pin'
    but precise and controlled i think

    the feet will be even more stable than shown here

    that's basically the first test results with moving hips !

    we had Amy standing and about to fall, now we can move her hips forth and make the pose credible
