Why would you have a flash sale with the disclaimer "excludes new items" on it, and then include new items in that sale category (in this case, Predatron's "Lo-Rez Skeleton" and AM's "Bear Cubs" bundles)? These are clearly NOT "sale" items.

    Probably it is done in this way to simplify the rules that have to be made to set up a category sale of this sort. AS the 2 items in question are the 2 newest additions to this category and are clearly labeled new it shouldn't cause confusion,
