Maya Elite texture and clothes fits ?

Hello,

I wanted to know if anybody had ever got strange results when applying Maya elite texture (a V4 texture), causing clothes to produce poke through on the chest and pelvis/crotch area ?

I tested it on G2F lately, and this looks great, but of little use because of this issue (I can't post pictures, obviously, as the poke through are precisely located on, erm, some places we can't show on forums :) ).

This is related to the texture, as any other texture won't give these problems (clothes always fit perfectly... except with this texture applied Oo). Really strange. All the clothes I've tested so far did produce this issue, except one for some reasons, Kibri dress by Slosh.

Thanks,

My guess would be a displacement issue since that will not collide with the clothing but poke through.

Thanks Khory, I had a quick look at the displacements settings the 1st time it happened and didn't find any displacement settings, but perhaps I didn't look at the right place (looked on Skin category, in Surfaces tab, but perhaps I should look in other places, like chest/hips into legacy category). Will check this out :)

I've just loaded the Maya texture on V4, put a couple of outfits on her (Basicwear Bikini and Fashion), and have no poke-through issues. Could you perhaps give us the names of some of the outfits you are having trouble with?

is the poke thru only on the render? or also in preview?

Cayman : Thanks, there were so much outfits that had the issue that I've listed the only one which doesn't :) ; basically issue happens with all the bikinis I have got, and a bunch of outfits. Will try to look thoroughly at the displacements settings for specific areas (chest/nipples I guess, and hip) before starting a list of the clothes.

Misty Whisky : Thanks, It's only in render, fits showing fine in preview in fact.

Update : The displacement settings were indeed causing these issues, it has to be turned off for every skin surfaces (turning it off for chest/nipple/hip only will produce some black lines at the places where skin zones are intersecting, in render).

Thanks again for the help :)
