DIM Sort Order

I am trying to audition Daz assets starting with the most recently released. But I'm not sure what three of DIM's sort orders mean:
- Product ID: Highest First seems like a proxy for release date, but some products that were released a while ago have higher product ids
- Package Date: Recent First is even less clear to me. It puts a mix of stuff that was released several years ago.
- Status: Busy - no idea what this is
I hope one of the many Daz illunaries on the forum will know.

Product ID reflects when the item was added to the database, it is the the SKU - there is no guarantee that numbers are assigned sequebtially, and certainly no guarantee that items are released in SKU order, so it is a very loose proxy (especially for PC and freebie items).
Package date is when the current product package was assembled - if there was an update it will relfect the date of the update.
Busy means the item is queued for processing (installation or uninstallation) or is in the process of being installed/uninstalled.
Try the filter option. They are really powerful and you can also create your own.
