Daz+ Coupon?

Hi there,

my Daz+ membership expired last night. However I received an e-mail during my night time, that I could renew with a certain coupon code. Now back from work I wanted to use the coupon, however I'm told that it's not valid?

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
