Dont know what it is, matte fog/ground fog off. Have no atmosphere, just a few lights and a couple characters. But when I bring the layer into Photoshop theres some kind of tint, enough to show if I add a drop shadow.
Haven't a clue whats goin on but its driving me nuts as with hair, its beyond difficult to deal with.

Added the attached where I did a spot render of just the bottom right where it SHOULD be just transparent, brought it into Photoshop and threw a white layer below it ... so yeah ... there's that =/

So the sceen HAD lighting and is set to dome and scene but for whatever inexplicable reason, adding another spotlight got rid of it ... if anyone knows why this is I'd still love ta know for the future.

Kind of hard to tell from that tiny picture you show, but likely it's the shadow from whatever figure or model you've got in the scene. If that's the case you can get rid of it in the Environment Options by turning Draw Ground off.
