You can use some low poly char assets. They are poseable and some even accept (most) g8 poses

Some other resources of 3D people non poseable

2D billboards

You can also do your own billboards. It is not very difficult.
Low poly people
Ok thank you very much , That's the best way and it will be more time to render it right? if I add this?
I mean, "best" is relative. There are a bunch of ways. Low poly people, as they mentioned. or Billboards (little angled cardboard cutout assets that appear to be real people, but are just a two sided flat object). Also, removing bump maps or normals, especially if they're far away. Your big killer in memory usage is always gonna be textures tho, so there are also utilities that reduce texture size. There's no reason to render 8K textures on a character 500m away from the camera. You won't even see the details that the graphics card is working so hard to process :P
A few options.
Just use a 'plane' primitive and apply an image from the internet of a crowd shot, be sure to cya on copyright and blur it sufficiently, or purchase a stock image for the purpose.
You can also use "Now crowd" products, which are just a plane with an image attached.
Setup a few lines of genesis figures and render them in the bleachers, then use the resultant image, either in scene or in post work, to fill it out. You might want to invest in "decimator" and use low res textures as well for this. one of the few times that "scene optimizer" comes in really handy.
There's also a plethora of 'low poly' people, as well as things such as "VIz people", floating around on various sites
Ok! Thank you all so much!!! :)
