Hexagon incompatibility

I recently started getting an incompatibility issue with Hexagon and the DAZ website only lists windows XP and 2000 as compatible. Has anyone else started to have my problem and do they have a work around? Thanks

    It works just fine for me on Windows 7. I think the XP/2000 stuff is the minimum specification.

    I'm using Hexagon on Windows 8.1 (Pro / 64bit) and it works just fine too.
