GPU helping?

New Daz Studio user here. Need some help trying to determine if my GPU is helping with Rendering. I only know of 1 setting to check, the advanced tab in the render settings (image attached). I have my RTX 3080 selected to help but when I render the task manager is showing my CPU maxed at 100% and my GPU sitting at 1% (will jump to 20ish % for a sec every now and then but mostly sits at 1%).
Is there some other setting that I need to check to ensure the GPU is helping?
thanks

Task manager does not, by defaultm, do a good job of showing Iraya ctivity - and your CPU would be maxed out anyway, since it is checked as a render device. Try switching to the Performance tab in Task Manager, seelct the GPU, and chnage one of the graphs to show CUDA activity.
You want to unselect CPU for Photoreal Mode, Interactive Mode, and also under General for "Allow CPU Fallback". The GPU will render much faster, and prevent your CPU from turning itself into molten slag.
Thanks for these comments, I will unselect the CPU as you instructed and see how that does.
My task manager does not have a CUDA in the dropdown, I searched google and I guess it could be either a driver or my GPU doesn't support Cuda... I'll have to check on it some more.
If there is no CUDA (which there should be for that card) try Compute0, if it is there.
This right here pretty much. Unless you have a really, really terrible GPU just uncheck CPU rendering for everything.
Using the GPU also allows you to work in Photoshop and do other task that require your CPU's attention.
Even before I switched my 1060 TI to this 3080 TI...though my i9 was rendering faster— it was slowing down everything else on my PC and since images were taking about an 30 - 45 minutes...that was pretty annoying trying to do other task with all of the stuttering.
Under Win11 a weird thing is happaning, when doing that.
The render sreen cannot be put in the foreground.
EDIT:
It is unchecking "Allow CPU Fallback" causing this.
