Aave Nainen - clothing will it export

Looking at the shop this morning I noticed a sale on Aave Nainen clothing.
I am not sure I understand the information well enough. The clothing looks dynamic and the explanations about the content don't exactly target my understanding well enough.
I am interested to export character with clothing using fbx or obj into 3dxchange then to Iclone for a current project.
My understanding - dynamic clothing will not make the trip to Iclone.
I like the look of the clothing, but it if won't work...it won't work.

Attention owners of A Gentleman's Wardrobe for Genesis 2 Male(s)!
Made to correspond with the Manly Poses for Michael 6, this set of 40+ (22 for each piece) draping/pose morphs will make shaping the Gentleman's Wardrobe set for use with Michael 6 Manly Poses as easy as sliding a dial! Mirrored morphs for Walk 01 and Walk 02 are provided - all you need to do is use symmetry to mirror the pose on Michael 6 before dialing in the draping/pose morph.
The Jacket morphs were created to layer easily over the "Debonair" Pants-Shirt combination and smoothing has been enabled to create an even more realistic look!
The bonus morphing prop Jacket included in this set comes with eight MorphFun morphs and utilizes the same UV's as the conforming jacket. This is an un-buttoned non-rigged version of the jacket.
You should expect to do some tweaking to use the morphs for other shapes. Several adjustment morph dials are included to assist in making the tweaking easier!
This set comes with a basic Grey/Black and White suiting texture that can be easily changed with different colors in the Diffuse channel, and last but not least, a total of 22 material zones so you can go wild with custom shaders!
Comments
AFAIK Aave's outfits are not dynamic. They use pose dials to fit the comparable poses in the figure they are meant for,
Chohole is right, Aave's outfits aren't dynamic. They're just cunningly designed to look that way! They have draping morphs built in for some of the major figures and poses so if you want a specific look it's fairly easy to get.
Here is a link to a You Tube video that will perhaps help you out.

My work is video production in Iclone... 60fps or 30fps. This would mean as best I can tell an enomous amount of work to keep clothing properly registered with the character. I discern I would have to build the complete motions with the characters in Daz3d studio timeline before export. I can just imagine all the keyframing that is required.
IClone does not use poses, bvh motion files are a good example. I select a motion in IClone and it creates the keyframing automatically in the timeline. I can also build my own motions within IClone, and tools are available to do this on-the-fly. I do not have to keyframe for each change of motion, because the tools create transitions and allowances.
If I am wrong on this, you may correct me...if so please do.
I appreciate your work, very professional.
they use morphs which iClone only imports in expression editor
so prob not a good choice for iClone unless iC6 with physX if the shading domains are less than 20000 polys
The term morph is really bantered about alot on these forums and in the shop.
I mention this because I think I understand that clothes built with vertex modeler can work with character morphs that are not poses, but actual physical changes to the character. Changes that are basically set in stone for the character not pose related.
Clothes like those discussed in this thread are different, the are pose related. That means the morphs are actually reset with each pose change. Aave Nainen clothing doesn't appear to be created with a vertex modeler and are limited to precise positioning of the characters. I watched the above mentioned videos, and all I can think of is hours of redundant work on the timeline using these morph posed clothes. If I am wrong about this, or there are workarounds I would like to read about them.
I noticed this and was thinking - is the link below saying the same thing?
Is this developer saying character or pose morphs?
http://www.daz3d.com/morphing-business-suit
It is called a morphing business suit, but is it the same as Aave Nainen morph clothing?
I probably would never have noticed this morphing bit, if I didn't have to export some characters in business suit to Iclone. (male and female).
The method used by Aave Nainen is excellent as far as I can tell, if you are not doing animated or video type productions.
Anyway, just my thoughts. I am very interested read other viewpoints or suggestions.
I haven't done much in the way of animation but I did just use M6 Manly pose Walk 01 and Walk 01 mirrored with the corresponding morphs in a quick test using Puppeteer to record a 10 second video, to my untrained eye it looked pretty good. At 60% discount it might be worth a try for you, and of course can always be refunded if it doesn't work. If you do use it and it works out well I would LOVE to see the results!
You could possibly use them in Carrara if you have Fenrics ERC plugin and link morphs to joint rotations or events in puppeteerl
but this only speculation.
Sorry, I just don't have the time to experiment right now.
I'll convert some earlier V4 or V5 clothing and move on for now.
The Aave Nainen content looks professional quality, which is something we all want.
