Most of us just make our own. It give us the flexibility to show what we want, and we don't have to worry about products being pulled and/or the license being revoked at some point, or getting bit by DMCA claims.
Things like ron's brushes(https://www.daz3d.com/sci-tech-overlays-and-brushes-volume-01) can give you a starting point, and some concepting ideas.
There's a few stock photo sites that you can get stuff from, storyblocks or dreamstime, but they can get a bit pricey(several hundred a month, with limited downloads).
Try doing a google image search for HUD images, to get you started.
deviantart is an absolute goldmine for things like this.
Have you tried searching there for them?
A google search came up with thousands of hits for me.
Some of the better ones can be licensed, some are free to use.
here's my google search

If you are planing to use them in a commercial product, you should check the licensing first to avoid any issues later down the road.
ArtStation is another good place to look. For instance, Jonas Ronnegard has a product called UI/HUD Decals that can be licensed for commercial use (and I think ArtStation's commercial license would allow use within a product, but read the terms carefully to make sure).
Thank You all I apreciate the feedback and will probably learn to make my own. But I will checkout all your suggestions.
A great help
