What is the difference between Chinese eyes and Japanese eyes?

The main difference between Chinese eyes and Japanese eyes lies in their shape and appearance. Chinese eyes are smaller in comparison to Japanese eyes and are angled downwards from the outer edge, while Japanese eyes are comparatively larger and angled upwards towards their brow bone to give a more snatched look.

that said, is Mei Lin Chinese or Japanese? she has a Chinese name,bu8t her eyes look Japanese to me.

i'm needing non-anime Japanese girls

While there are certainly generalities, there is no definitive "Japanese eye" or "Chinese eye", and one can look like the other. That said, I would say that Mei Lin looks more Chinese, but could pass for Japanese easily. At the very least, Mei Lin 8's skin is exemplary among Asian Daz characters, so she'd be a useful resource even if you're not using her shape.

Really not sure about that quote frown

Mei Lin 7 looks Chinese to me. Mei Lin 8 could be Japanese or Korean.

Also, bear in mind that China is an ENORMOUS country with quite a lot of genetic diversity.

True, but the Han Chinese make up around 90% of the population and the diversity in this group doesn't have that much variation according to studies I have read. It's when you get into the minority ethnic groups, like the Uyghurs and Kazakhs and Inner Mongolian Mongols, that you get higher levels of genetic diversity.
