Need help understanding how to use Easy Portraits

I bought Easy Portratis because was looking for a simple, one-click lighting product. I cannot figure out how to use it. Is there documentation somewhere? I just need some help getting started with it.

You double click to add in the one you want to use and render, 1 through 17 have different color backgrounds with the light generally in the same spot.  Then 17 through 30 have the light coming from different directions.  The Helper Files folder has options to change the HDRI like rotation, saturation, etc.
