Extreme Closeup Makeup -- Eyeliner Issue

Been testing out Forbidden Whisper's "Extreme Closeup: Makeup" with G2F. Everything was going along swimmingly until I applied eyeliner. Then G2F's face went white... not just pale but total 255 white...

Messing around with the Face Surface Sliders didn't bring it back. Attached is a screen shot of DS 4.7 as well as how G2F looks in a render.

Help!

Having this exact same problem!!! If anyone could reply and fix this, it'd be great! Especially as I bought it mainly for the eye liner.. >.>

hmmm that usually suggests something like the product using a shader that isn't installed - I had the exact same with a character that used the Ubersurface 2, which I didn't own.

I have this, but haven't tried it out yet.

edit: yep, confirmed. All the eyeliners do it. Looked through the file and the settings, but scratching my head over why it happens - can't figure it out.

Found a way around it, although I'm sure anyone else could figure this out!

Go into the LIE editor, add layer on top of your face texture, find the ForbiddenWhispers makeup folder, pick whatever eyeliner you want and there you go!

the bug tracker isn't around anymore, is it? The one where we used to log in and report problems with content?

I sent a request into support - technical - and it's been passed onto bugtracker...which I thought wasn't around anymore?

Just received a reply from support that the product has been updated and the update should be in DIM. :-)
