Take a survey and get $5.00 store credit?

Last month I took part in that survey and was meant to get $5 on the 1st April, I haven’t

    Nothing at all? A lot of people reveived an entry in the itemised history which didn't affect the total as it should, for soem at least that was corrected. If you don't have even the entry in the itemised list are you sure you entered your email correctly?

    I'm looking at my account and Store Credit and the balance is $0.00, as to my e-mail I don't know, I think I entered correctly. I was signed at the time.

    The survey store credit is there, but how is it applied?
    I can't select it in the shopping cart.

    If the total balance on your Store Credit page is $0 (assuming you don't have any other credit) you can't, soemthing seems to have gone wrong. All I can suggest is either checking out and asking for the credit to be refunded as if you had used it, or at least open a ticket with a screenshot of your cart and hope they are willing to match the prices after the credit is sorted out.

    Mine came through at 15:30 UK time on the 1st.

    Yes, mine is correct now - it looks as if they are coming through slowly-but-fairly-surely.
