OpenGL 1.3?

Unfortunately my "new" Windows 10 pc says the video card doesn't run OpenGL 1.3+.
Dell says it was never meant to run Windows 10, only Windows 7.
There's no driver update for it at all.
I'm running a Dell Optiplex 990 Intel i7-2600 CPU (2nd Gen) @ 3.40GHz   3.40 GHz with 8 GB of memory
I've ordered a new OpenGL card for it AMD Radeon HD 6450 1GB DDR3   Weak I know, but it's all I can afford right now.
In the meantime I guess there's no way to run Daz Studio without upgrading from OpenGL 1.1?

I think your card is the intel HD 2000.

Says your card supports OpenGL 3.1

You may need to follow one of the links on that support page to install the GPU driver or the API driver.
