Want to change the water color

Hey!

I bought the splash water and it looks very great! I wanted to turn the water to red (seen like blood) and I saw in the forums I need to buy Iray Nail Varnish Shaders Volume 3.

I bought it as well and when I put it on the Splash water nothing happen , Have some more ideas how to make it red? or have some blood splits? like when human get punched? I make some boxing matches sometimes hehe.
