How to know what you have?

Every time someone, or myself, asks the question, do you know where I can find this or that, the answer is already in my product catalog. I have no idea, overall, what I have. How can you kepp track? Its really hard to do a search as the product might not even have what it is in the title, the creators being all creative and stuff.

But it owuld be really good if I could look somewhere when I'm trying to create something and know I have it or not. Would save a lot of time.

You can always do a quick NAME search of your My Acoount/Product Library.  If you bought it, it shows up,  including the items that you have purchased in the past  but are not in the store anymore.

I made my own catalog, putting the Promo pictures in folders like environments-SF, environments-modern, environments-medieval, animals-cats, animals-dogs, animal-flying,animals-water, animals-critters, G3F-clothing, G3F-hair, G3F-people, G3F-details, G3F-poses etc. Gave the promo pictures the names of the products to be able to find them in the content library.
Afterwards it's kind of like windows shopping.

In on this, because I wish I knew a better way.  I often do what FirstBastion said, searching my Library from the site's My Account page.

It would be really nice if there were tags to search/filter like you can with the shop.  Sometimes I search the store, and uncheck Items I own.  smiley

If the Product Library had a vendor filter and a word search, then we'd all be able to look through our libraries for gear quickly and easily. Even Renderosity has those features in their version of a Product Library.
