Error When Downloading Products

Hello,
I've been backing up my library of products and got an error message today. Has anyone else gotten this?
{ "code": "expired_auth_token", "message": "", "status": 401 }
I've tried different products and every single one now gives this message. Any insight would be appreciated. I'd submit a ticket but they take weeks to get a response and I don't want to bother them if it's a user error thing. :)

yes.....me. I tried searching for answers...finally decided to submit a ticket. Hope it works
I submitted a ticket too. Then found a number of people in the forums having issues of the same error. I'm guessing this is a small part of a larger issue.
Daz needs to post notices when things like this happen. Apparently this is a daz issue, but w/out communication we are all left waiting. I would not have made the purchase if I knew this was going on.
I have been a customer for at least 12 years.....but lately Daz has disappointed one time after another. I think Daz has changed their priorities.....so will I.
