Download issue with Install Manager

Hi there, 

i am trying to download some products that I just purchased in the store. 

I tried many times (even restart and refresh ....)
It always says "Download Failed!"
When I look into the logs, this is what I am seeing.

2022-04-06 21:54:52.093 WARNING: QNetworkReplyImplPrivate::error: Internal problem, this method must only be called once.

I have installed a lot of products in the last couple of days and never had this issue. My internet connection right now is fine. 
Can anybody tell me how I can resolve this, please?

I just started getting an error when trying to manually download some products. I submitted a ticket. I'm wondering if there's a bigger issue at the moment.
